Premier John Brumby and Skills and Workplace Participation Minister Jacinta Allan have announced a $316 million package of major reforms for the state's vocational education and training system that will dramatically boost the skills profile of the Victorian workforce.
Securing Jobs for Your Future - Skills for Victoria aims to deliver wider and more responsive training options for individuals and businesses, more than 170,000 new training places and further strengthen Victoria’s world class TAFE network.
