Metropolitan Industry and Skills Roundtable

Future skilling requirements and industry growth and trends topped the agenda at a targeted metropolitan roundtable in Bundoora on 2 August.

Minister for Training and Skills Gayle Tierney and Victorian Skills Commissioner Neil Coulson hosted the roundtable which was designed to gather intelligence on industry and skilling needs in Metropolitan Melbourne.

More than 20 industry leaders took part in the discussion forum at RMIT University to help shape quality training pathways which will lead to jobs, meeting the future needs of Victoria’s economy.
